Consultancy in Health Education and International Advisory Board

Project description:

As faculty at PAHS began developing their medical school curriculum, they sought consultancy from a cohort of universities, the University of Calgary being one of them. Faculty members from these universities became members of the PAHS International Advisory Board, a group that continues to meet annually to promote and discuss innovative and locally relevant education to improve health care in rural Nepal.  Over the years, UCalgary faculty members have provided consultancy in a wide array of areas, including of basic science education, clinical skills training, public health, and competency based medical education.
